Hummingbird Coffee

Established in 1990, Hummingbird Coffee is a wholly NZ owned and operated coffee roastery. It hand roasts small batches of around 20 single origins before blending to create distinctive lively blends.

Hummingbird has put in a full café in three containers at Re:Start. In addition to this, and to build awareness of this crucial project, Hummingbird has created a special coffee blend to be sold throughout New Zealand. Hummingbird will give 30 cents from each 200 gram pack of Re:START blend to the rebuild of the Court Theatre, Christchurch. The great tasting Re:START Blend will carry the Re:START logo on a tag over the top of every 200g pack.
