Deborah Caldwell, Storm’s founder and General Manager, says that Storm is a boutique label for women of all ages who value their individuality – but not at any price. “Despite keeping the price point affordable, every one of our pieces is a limited run with no mass-production. Just a few of each style are available in Storm’s eight retail stores and from our new website.”
