New location directly across the road from the old Portrait Studio at 110a Manchester St. (I have first option of moving back into 131 in six to nine months time when the building has been renovated and eathquake proofed? It was built in 1880 and is well worth saving as it is pretty much undamaged inside and it was built only about 30 years after the first four ships arrived here.)
