Leasing Strategy

We have initiated a leasing strategy, part of which required developing relationships with all the main leasing agents to help us attract quality businesses into the central city.

Many national and international businesses looking to expand in  may overlook Christchurch because they don’t know what it offers.

To help their decision in choosing Christchurch and the central city, we have developed and produced a Leasing Opportunities Brochure.

There has not been a brochure presenting the real benefits of Christchurch and the central city to potential new businesses before.

We believe the brochure captures the investment and commitment our Council, property developers and other investors are putting into our community.
