Daily Update - CCBA Earthquake Notice
Thursday, 23rd September 2010

Let’s Build a Stronger Christchurch - Together!

Ninety eight percent of city businesses are back in action and as each day goes by, more building cordons come down and businesses open.

The earthquake has opened up the cracks on pre existing issues that now need urgent attention. The best way forward for the city is to stay positive, work and communicate effectively.

I understand that many businesses are suffering with the drop in trade, but please try to stay positive for your customers. For many, the shopping experience is a therapy and about having fun. We want people to walk away from your businesses enjoying the experience because that will help bring them back.
